29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(i) Information pertaining to the equipment in the process did not include the required elements in paragraphs (A) through (H): (a)Styro-Tech LLC at 5005 Lima St., Denver, CO 80239: On and before May 18, 2010 the employer did not retain process safety information pertaining to the equipment of the process in that the employer did not provide information regarding the materials of construction, piping and instrument diagrams, electrical classification, relief system design and design basis, ventilation system design, design codes and standards employed, material and energy balances for the process, or safety systems (e.g. interlocks, detection, or suppression systems) for the isopentane process.
