29 CFR 1910.333(c)(2):29CFR 1910.333(c)(2): Persons who were not qualified worked on electrical circuit parts or equipment that had not been de-energized under the procedures of paragraph (b) of this section. Such persons were not capable of working safely on energized circuits and were not familiar with the proper use of special precautionary techniques, personal protective equipment. a) On or about 07/25/2025, in the Elopak and EH Palletizer Area, maintenance employees who were not qualified electrical employees accessed energized electrical panels (480 VAC) to reset the breaker of the 160 Line conveyor system without wearing proper personal protective equipment, such as 00 electrical gloves to prevent exposure to electric shock. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
