29 CFR 1910.30(b)(1): The employer did not train each employee on or before May 17, 2017 in the proper care, inspection, storage, and use of equipment covered by this subpart before an employee uses the equipment. a. On top of a structure located at 25 Catalonia Court, Building 24, St. Augustine Beach, FL: On or about April 30, 2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that employees were not trained in the selection, care, and use of ladders for accessing upper landing areas.
