29 CFR 1910.264(d)(2)(i)(a): Safeguards, safety appliances, or devices attached to, or forming an integral part of any machinery were removed or made ineffective during the repair or adjustment of such machinery and were not replaced immediately upon the completion of such repairs or adjustments. a) On or about 04/04/2025, in the Finishing area, maintenance employees were exposed to electrical and caught-by hazards when the interlock to the Iron #4 Chicago Automatic Feeder EDGE MAXX was not affixed to the door upon the completion of repairs or adjustments. b) On or about 04/04/2025, in the Dryer area, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when the interlock of the door of the dryer alley enclosure was not affixed to the door. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
