29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks were not examined before being placed in service: On or about February 25, 2025, and before at the worksite located at 34 Kelly Road, Buffalo, MO 65622 employees were exposed to struck by and crushed by hazards while operating forklifts in the workplace. Employees were operating forklifts that were not inspected prior to use.
