29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route was not provided with stairs or a ramp where the exit route was not substantially level: a) Back Exit Door - On or about February 14, 2025, the back exit door had an approximately 12 inch drop to the ground from the doorway floor without a ramp or stairs being provided. In the event of an emergency, employees would be exposed to tripping hazards.
