29 CFR 1910.147(c)(8):Energy isolation. Lockout or tagout shall be performed only by the authorized employees who are performing the servicing or maintenance. a) On and after 11/26/2024, the employer did not require each authorized employee working in Jumbo sections including Print #2 to perform energy isolation prior to performing servicing and maintenance such as changing out rollers/plates and performing unjamming of scrap cardboard on the LMC Latitude Machine Company P2200-004.
