29 CFR 1910.219(e)(2)(i):Overhead horizontal belts, with lower parts seven (7) feet or less from the floor or platform, were not guarded on sides and bottom in accordance with paragraph (o)(3) of this section: a. Near bypass to Batch Control in Production Area: On or about December 2, 2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to in-going nip point hazards in that employees were allowed to walk/work in close proximity of unguarded overhead horizontal belts.
