29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a) On or about November 26, 2024, in the company's warehouse located at 9315 Eden Avenue, Hudson, FL 34667, the employer did provide information and training to employees at the time of their initial assignment or whenever a new hazard was introduced into the work area. Employees handle chemical products such as gasoline, liquid petroleum and oxygen and acetylene tanks.
