29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): The distance between the abrasive wheel periphery(s) and the adjustable tongue or the end of the safety guard peripheral member at the top exceeded one fourth inch: On or about 11/14/2024, and at times prior, at 9875 NW 79th Avenue, Hialeah Gardens, Fl 33016 a. A bench grinder (i.e. DeWalt grinder, Model DW758; sn - unknown) had its tongue guard at ?-inch from the wheel; thus, exposing employees to a struck by hazard. b. A bench grinder (i.e. Bucktool grinder, Model BG 2600, sn - 20110148) had its tongue guard at 2-inch from the wheel thus, exposing employees to a struck by hazard.
