29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use. Site: 17 Dover Street, Brooklyn NY 11235 On or about 11/7/24 a) Employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals including but not limited to, Masonry Cement Mix Type N. Safety Data Sheet (SDAs) were not available on the worksite by the employer.
