29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about October 23, 2024, during the installation of commercial signage at a job site located at 1057 Pearl RD, Brunswick Ohio 44212; the employer did not ensure employees working on a roof of a commercial facility was protected from a fall of approximately 10.5 feet by utilizing a fall protection system.
