29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose: a) On or about September 26, 2024, on the northeast side of the conveyor, employees utilized a conveyor switch to move trusses down the conveyor without the electrical components of the junction box being covered and enclosed. b) On or about September 26, 2024, on the southwest side of the conveyor, employees utilized a conveyor switch to move trusses down the conveyor without the electrical components of the junction box being covered and enclosed.
