29 CFR 1926.502(d): Body belts were used as part of personal fall arrest system. a) Jobsite - On or about September 18, 2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that employees were permitted to utilize the attachment on the side of their body belts at waist level as part of their personal fall arrest systems while installing roofing materials approximately 10 feet above ground level.
