29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2): Portable fire extinguishers were not visually inspected at least monthly: a) 6465 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050 - On or about August 22, 2024, fire extinguishers at the facility, including, but not limited to, the fire extinguisher in the main office area, were not visually inspected at least monthly. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
