29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: a) Hal Welsh East Area Family YMCA Maintenance Area, 200 Towne Drive, Fayetteville, NY 13066 on or about June 14, 2024: The employer failed to keep sufficient access and working space around the electrical panel. The electrical panel was blocked by a cart, equipment, and supplies. b) Hal Welsh East Area Family YMCA Entry Room to the Maintenance Area, 200 Towne Drive, Fayetteville, NY 13066 on or about June 14, 2024: The employer failed to keep sufficient access and working space around the electrical panel.
