29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iii):Employee training did not include the measures employees can take to protect themselves from chemical hazards, including specific procedures the employer had implemented to protect employees from exposure to hazardous chemicals, such as appropriate work practices, emergency procedures and personal protective equipment to be used: a) At 1827 Peterson Ave Douglas, GA 31533: On or about June 4, 2024, the employer exposed employees to an inhalation and health hazard of a ceiling concentration of 100 ppm of H2S, in that the employer did not train employees to protect themselves from chemical exposures from Hydrogen Sulfide or emergency procedures implemented to protect employees in the receiving area.
