29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(iii): The employer did not ensure that at least one entrance of sufficient area was provided to give access to the working space about electric equipment 600 Volts, nominal, or less. On or about 5/21/2024, in the facility located at 1743 Scherer Pkwy in St. Charles, MO, the employer did not ensure the only access point to the electrical panel in warehouse #2 gave access to the working space for the electrical equipment. Over 35 large rolls of curing blankets blocked the only entrance to the room exposing employees working in the building to electrical hazards.
