29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2): The employer did not assure that each employee exposed to fall hazards was trained by a competent person qualified in the areas specified in 29 CFR 1926.503 (a)(2)(i) through (viii) On or about May 17th, 2024 Location: 42 Wyndham Close, White Plains, NY 10605 a) Employee working on a 12:12 (rise: run) pitched roof did not have training on fall protection. Employee was exposed to fall while standing on the roof. Employee fell approx 11 ft to the ground.
