29 CFR 1910.179(j)(3): A complete periodic inspection of the overhead crane had not been conducted in the past 12 months: On or about April 24, 2024, employees who operate the overhead crane at the T&T Quality Buildings facility located at 89384 558th Ave, Fordyce, Nebraska were exposed to struck by hazards because the CM Loadstar, 1 Ton, Jib crane had not received a periodic inspection in the past 12 months as evident in the pendent control was missing labels for two of the four control buttons.
