OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fall hazards: a. Ingersoll Rand VR6428 Rough terrain forklift - On or about April 11, 2024, employees engaged in framing activities while working from an elevated work platform were exposed to a fall hazard, where fall protection was not provided or utilized to prevent the hazard.
