29 CFR 1910.253(b)(4)(iii):Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinders or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet: Employees engaged in manufacturing and welding operations located at 84504 North State Highway 11, Burwell, Nebraska 68823, were exposed to fire, struck-by and explosion hazards in that unsecured acetylene and oxygen cylinders were being stored together without at least 20ft of clearance. This was most recently documented on or about April 10th, 2024, on the Southwest corner of the big shed.
