Alpha Precision Group, LLC dba Alpha Sintered Metals, Kohler room, on or about 3/27/24 and at times prior thereto: A section of the ventilation duct work inside the enclosure was constructed of a flexible plastic section. All equipment for removing flammable vapors must be from steel construction in accordance with NFPA 34. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
