29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: a) 156 West Harrisburg Avenue, Elizabethtown, PA 17022: On or about February 28, 2024, an employee wore a full facepiece respirator with ammonia cartridges during maintenance and response activities involving anhydrous ammonia during an ammonia leak and had not been medically cleared by a physician or other licensed healthcare professional (PLHCP).
