29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) At jobsite located at 1104-1106 W Trek Ct, Goddard, KS 67052, employees engaged in gasoline handling activities were exposed to chemical hazards in that they were not provided access to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for gasoline at the jobsite. The chemical hazards associated with gasoline are: skin and eye irritation, may cause drowsiness or dizziness, extreme flammability as a liquid and vapor, aspiration hazards such as pneumonia and respiratory failure, may cause cancer, may cause damage to organs through prolonged or repeated exposure, and may be fatal if swallowed and/or enters airways.
