29 CFR 1926.405(j)(1)(ii): Fixtures, lampholders, rosettes, or receptacles were not securely supported: a. 823 South 18th St, Newark NJ The employer allowed employees to utilize a 120 volt duplex receptacle connected to a streetlight pole to supply power to an extension cord used for operating power tools at a residential building under construction. The duplex receptacle was not securely supported exposing the employees to electrical hazards. Violation observed on 03/20/24
