29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s): On or about January 1, 2024, employees performing warehousing activities in the Tender and True Pet Warehouse of Omaha Industries, Inc. located at 8635 Whitmore Circle, Omaha, Nebraska were exposed to chemical contact hazards in that the employer did not maintain and make available required safety data sheets for chemicals/products encountered during powered industrial truck battery filling and battery acid clean-up.
