29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(iv):The employer had not certified that employee training had been accomplished and kept up to date: a) Wieland Chase LLC. on or about January 23, 2024, at the address of 14212 Selwyn Dr. Montpelier, OH: The employer did not certify that lock out tag out training had been accomplished or kept up to date. Employees performing lockout covered activities on energized equipment such as but not limited to Hydraulic extrusion press on line #1, and blade changes on saws, without the benefit of documented training on procedures and effective application were exposed to caught in and amputation hazards.
