29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(i): A fire extinguisher, rated not less than 2A, was not provided for each 3,000 square feet of the protected building area, or major fraction thereof: a) The Reserve on East Apartment Complex Community Building at 300 East Street, Camden-Wyoming, DE 19934: On or about January 29, 2024, employees worked at the site without having any type of fire extinguishing equipment in the event of a fire.
