29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: Bldg 31C20T, Temporary Fabric Shelter, Left hand electricians cage: On or before January 25, 2024, a yellow extension cord was transmitting power to a Litesun power strip and was not connected so that strain relief was provided. The yellow cord had rubber sheathing which was pulled away from the female end of the cord exposing the inner wires. Employee(s) were potentially exposed to electrical- shock hazard(s).
