29 CFR 1910.213(r)(3): The point of operation on combination or universal woodworking machines was not guarded: (a)Lloyd Companies dba Engineered Truss Systems, LLC. at 1400 East Benson Road, Sioux Falls, SD 57104: On or about and at times prior to January 17, 2024, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from amputation hazards in that the saw blades were not adequately guarded on Saw Machine 1 in the Saw Room. This condition exposed employees to amputation hazards.
