29 CFR 1926.1060(a): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders and stairways, as necessary, which would enable each employee to recognize hazards related to ladders and stairways and train each employee in the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards: (a) On or about 12/05/2023 - Lot #182 14715 Sandy Pines Drive, Moundville, AL, an employee engaged in roofing activities was not trained in the safe use of extension ladders used to access the roof. Mr. Jesus Adolfo Medina was previously cited for a repeat-serious violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.1060(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1676176, citation number 2, item number 3b and was affirmed as a final order on 08/17/2023, with respect to a workplace located at Lot #97 Sussex Road, Margaret, AL. Mr. Jesus Adolfo Medina was previously cited for a serious violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.1060(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1518783, citation number 1, item number 3b and was affirmed as a final order on 05/19/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1070 Mountain Laurel Circle, Moody, AL.
