29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v):Fork-lifts shall not be used to support scaffold platforms unless the entire platform is attached to the fork and the fork-lift is not moved horizontally while the platform is occupied. a. On or about December 4, 2023, located at the jobsite 4547 West Northbank Road, Buckeye Lake, Ohio, the employer did not ensure that a platform being lifted by a Genie Model GTH-644 rough terrain forklift was not moved horizontally while occupied, exposing employees to fall hazards.
