29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): The employer did not provide training to authorized employee(s) on the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control: a) On or about December 6, 2023, the employer did not ensure employees working on the half pint line tasked with performing sanitation of the machine were provided with authorized employee LOTO training covering the hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy, and methods and means for energy isolation and control specific to the half pint line. b) On or about December 6, 2023, the employer did not ensure employees working on the jug line tasked with performing sanitation and clearing jams were provided with authorized employee LOTO training covering the hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy, and methods and means for energy isolation and control specific to the half pint line.
