29 CFR 1910.178(m)(5)(iii):When the operator of an industrial truck was dismounted and within 25 ft. of the truck still in his view, the load engaging means was not fully lowered, controls neutralized, and the brakes set to prevent movement. At 391 St Jude Industrial Park, Marston, MO 63866, On January 17, 2024 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to struck by and caught between hazards from an operator of an industrial truck being dismounted without the load engaging means not being fully lowered, controls neutralized and the break set to prevent movement.
