29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2):Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points: (a)Protective Coating Specialists, Inc. at 1350 7th Street Northwest, Huron, SD 57350: On or about and at times prior to December 4, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees were provided adequate clearance for the exit route discharging through the north exterior door of the of of the West Line. Materials and equipment were located in the exit egress that reduced the width to less than 20 inches. This condition reduced exit route clearance and decreased the efficiency of employee egress during an emergency.
