29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: Filler Labeler Area, line one: On and/or about October 11, 2023, a Dayton Commercial Oscillating fan to circulate air in the area. The fan was plugged into a white Staples power strip and had exposed wire at the end of the wire next to the plug. Employee(s) were potentially exposed to fire/electrical shock hazard(s).
