29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1):Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: At ABM by Prodex LLC, located at 925 SW University Blvd. Topeka, Kansas, employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals including but not limited to acetone which is flammable, could cause burns and respiratory irritation and serious eye damage or irritation. The employees had not been provided with information and training on how to recognize, avoid and/or eliminate the hazards associated with acetone.
