29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii):Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could not contact any lower level: a) West Wing, Northeast Corner: On or about July 12, 2023, the employer exposed an employee to fall hazards of approximately 17.1 feet to the ground below, in that the employee's personal fall arrest system was not properly rigged to prevent contact with any lower level while performing demolition work on an elevated surface.
