29 CFR 1910.1030(d)(4)(ii)(A): Contaminated work surfaces were not decontaminated immediately or as soon as feasible when surfaces were overtly contaminated or after any spill of blood or other potentially infectious materials: Facility: On, or about, September 18, 2023, blood spills were not cleaned with an appropriate disinfectant. The Spartan Clean on the Go Clean by Peroxy [15] cleaner used to disinfect a blood spill was not registered by the EPA as an antimicrobial disinfectant.
