29 CFR 1926.451(e)(9)(iv):Cross braces on tubular welded frame scaffolds were used as a means of access or egress. (a) On September 7th, 2023 and times prior, the employer did not ensure that its subcontractor protected its employees from falls while accessing the lower and upper levels of scaffolding.
