29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE): a) Zeager Bros., Inc. - 4000 East Harrisburg Pike, Middletown, PA 17057 - On or about June 30, 2023, the employer failed to assess the dry van trailer roof repair operations for potential hazards which would require the use of personal protective equipment. Employees were exposed to falls up to 13.5 feet above ground. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
