29 CFR 1910.29(b)(6): The employer did not ensure that guardrail systems are smooth-surfaced to protect employees from injury, such as punctures or lacerations, and to prevent catching or snagging of clothing: On or about April 27, 2023, and at times prior thereto, employees traveling between the LMF and EAF used a walkway containing a damaged guardrail system. This exposed the employees to a caught by hazard.
