29 CFR 1910.219(e)(1)(i):Horizontal belts which had both runs 42 inches or less from the floor level were not fully enclosed by guards conforming to requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o): A.) International Timber & Veneer, LLC, Boiler Room, on or about 4/28/23 and times prior thereto: Employees were working around exposed rotating parts located approximately 3 feet above the floor. The moving parts include, but were not limited to, a belt under the feed line conveyor that is used to power an auger. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
