29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employees using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit-tested prior to initial use of the respirator, whenever a different respirator facepiece (size, style, model or make) was used, and at least annually thereafter: (a)Global Harvest Foods, LLC 201 at North Richmond Street, Roscoe, SD 57471: On or about and at times prior to April 12, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees using SAS and Moldex 2200 N95 respirators were fit-tested prior to initial use of the respirators, or were performed for employees required to use company provided N95 respirators. This condition exposed employees to a respirator hazard due to improper fit of the respirator.
