29 CFR 1910.136(a): The employer did not ensure that protective footwear is used where employees are exposed to foot injuries due to falling or rolling objects, or objects piercing sole. WORKSHOPS/211 and 214 FOOD TERMINAL PLAZA, NEW HAVEN, CT: On or about March 20, 2023, the employer had not required the employees to wear protective footwear when working in wet slippery areas where there is a danger of foot injuries. ABATED DURING THE INSPECTION.
