29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): The employer did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical for which they use. (a) Facility at 303 Allens Avenue in Providence, RI: On or about March 8, 2023, the employer did not have current safety data sheets for all hazardous chemicals in the workplace, including but not limited to, Aerochem Red Insulating Varnish, an extremely flammable aerosol and Safety-Kleen Premium Solvent, a combustible liquid that causes skin irritation.
