29 CFR 1910.178(o)(1): Loading. Only stable or safely arranged loads shall be handled. Caution shall be exercised when handling off-center loads which cannot be centered. a) On or June 14, 2023, the employer did not ensure that by lifting 3 full carts onto 90 inch forks for the motorized pallet jacks that caution was exercised when handling off-centered loads over 2000 pounds including delivery number 5010 where the first cart weighed 548 pounds, the middle cart weighed 1011 pounds and the cart farthest from the operator weighed 1025 pounds located on motorized pallet jack observed.
