On or about January 26, 2023, at the establishment located at 200 C Avenue Goodman, Wisconsin; the employer did not ensure that the hazardous area around the Nicholson A6 Chain feed ring debarker and their conveyor was fenced off or posted as a prohibited area for unauthorized persons.
