29 CFR 1926.502(d)(15): Anchorages used for attachment of personal fall arrest equipment was not independent of any anchorage being used to support or suspend platforms and capable of supporting at least 5,000 pounds (22.2 kN) per employee attached, or shall be designed, installed, and used as follows: a) On or about January 11, 2023 at 261-267 Washington Blvd., Oak Park, IL 60301 , employees were utilizing anchorage for attachment of personal fall arrest equipment which was not installed so that anchors would be capable of supporting at least 5,000 pounds per employee attached. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
